Elderflower Tonic

Jack Rudy’s Elderflower Tonic is an updated tonic formula with more body and a bold finish that pairs well with a number of richer spirits (such as tequila, bourbon and rum) while still acting as a classic companion to the finer gins. Organic dried elderflowers are added to the original recipe, and an increased amount of quinine is added to bring balance to the final product.
