Because many of the pieces we offer are carefully curated, vintage, handcrafted, or one of a kind, we take great care in ensuring they arrive safely.

In-Store Pickup

We'd love to welcome you into our showroom! Most purchases can be picked up at:

We'll let you know as soon as your order is ready for pickup.

Local Delivery

For larger furniture and select items, we offer local delivery within our service area for an additional fee. Delivery charges vary based on distance, item size, and accessibility.

If you have questions about delivery before purchasing, we're always happy to help.

Returns & Order Changes

Since many of our items are unique or one of a kind, all sales are considered final.

If you change your mind after an item has been delivered and request that we pick it up, we're happy to help whenever possible. Please note:

  • A pickup fee will apply based on the location and size of the item.
  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • Any approved refund will be less the original delivery and pickup fees.
  • Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered.
  • Custom orders, special orders, clearance merchandise, candles, food items, and seasonal products cannot be returned.

We encourage you to look over your purchase as soon as it arrives. If you notice any damage or concerns, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery so we can work with you to determine the best solution.
