Local Delivery

Local delivery is available for select items within our delivery area for an additional fee.

Delivery fees are based on:

  • Distance
  • Item size
  • Accessibility

8. Returns

Due to the unique nature of our inventory:

All sales are final unless otherwise approved by Tar River Interiors.

If a customer requests pickup after delivery because they have changed their mind:

  • A pickup fee will apply.
  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • Approved refunds will be reduced by delivery and pickup fees.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition.

Custom orders, candles, food items, seasonal merchandise, clearance items, and gift cards are non-refundable.

9. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Measuring doorways, stairways, and access points before purchasing furniture.
  • Providing accurate contact information.
  • Being available during scheduled delivery or pickup.
  • Inspecting purchases within 24 hours of pickup or delivery and notifying Tar River Interiors of any concerns.
